| Stenographer Grade C | 230 | Candidates who have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board in India are eligible to apply. As part of the selection process, transcription is required with a time limit of 40 minutes for English and 55 minutes for Hindi. |
| Stenographer Grade D | 1,360 | Candidates who have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board in India are eligible to apply. The transcription test duration is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi. |
